Description

This assay is useful for diagnosis and treatment of liver, bone, intestinal and parathyroid diseases. It determines the tissue source of increased Alkaline Phosphatase activity in serum. It is specially useful for differentiating between liver and bone sources of elevated Alkaline Phosphatase.
