Description

Barley may commonly induce symptoms of food allergy in sensitised individuals. (1) Symptoms may include gastrointestinal distress, atopic dermatitis and urticaria, angioedema, anaphylaxis and food-dependant, exercise-induced anaphylaxis, wheezing and bakers asthma.
