Description

It is useful in Classification of lymphomas. T-cell receptor beta (TCR Beta F1) antibody is directed against the beta chain of the alpha/beta T-cell receptor, thus staining the majority of T lymphocytes. Staining is localized at cell membranes with weak cytoplasmic staining in some cells. Positive staining in malignant lymphomas can confirm T-cell lineage and further subtype as alpha/beta T cells.
