Preparations Required

3 ml of EDTA plasma to be sent in the aliquot tube at -20?C. Record the time of day and patient's posture during blood collection. (Supine Upright or seated). Labile Analyte. High Biotin dose(>5 mg/day)should be avoided at least 8 hrs before to blood collection.
