Wall pellitory has two long flowering periods, so while its pollen appears at the beginning of spring, it persists throughout the spring and summer, and into fall. The pollen from this severely allergenic plant causes symptoms of asthma, allergic conjunctivitis, and allergic rhinitis (hay fever).
