Description
This test is used for differential diagnosis of ACTH secreting pituitary adenoma from an ectopic ACTH source.
Pre-Information
Take a baseline sample (3 ml of serum), then for two days, take 2 mg of dexamethasone orally every six hours. On the third day, collect the post-Dexa sample at 8 AM.
