Sample Required

2 ml of fluoride plasma post oral 50gm. glucose

Preparations Required

The Glucose Challenge Test (GCT) does not require fasting, and you should maintain your regular diet before the test. During the test, you will consume a 50 gm glucose solution, and a blood sample will be taken after 1 hour to measure your glucose levels.
