Sample Required

3 mL of serum and 10 gm of stool in sterile container

Preparations Required

Patient should avoid meat products, pain killers, iron tablets, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) and hard tooth brush for 3 days prior to specimen collection. Overnight fasting is preferred.
