Tumor containing FFPE block (>10% of tumor). Tumor containing tissue fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin with duration of 6 to 72 hours. If tissue provided then tissue processing and FFPE block making charges will be applicable. Clinical history with Histopathology report.
