Preparations Required

First morning urine sample preferred. Avoid large doses of drugs like Aspirin, pian killers (NSAID) , Vitamin C , Oral iron, red meat, poultry, fish, vegetables like leafy green, beetroot, cucumber, horseradish, cauliflower & vigorous brushing of teeth with a hard toothbrush 3 days before the test.
