Overview

The Liver Function Test (LFT) panel assesses liver health and function by measuring key enzymes, proteins, and bilirubin levels. It includes AST (SGOT) and ALT (SGPT) to detect liver injury, Total Protein, Albumin, Globulin, and A/G Ratio to evaluate liver synthesis, and Bilirubin (total, direct, and indirect) along with Alkaline Phosphatase to monitor liver clearance and bile flow.
