  Sample Required FLOURIDE PLASMA

• 

  Preperations Required Begin by drawing a baseline fasting specimen. Prepare a solution by dissolving 75.0g of glucose monohydrate in 300 mL of water. Administer this solution orally within a 5-minute timeframe. Collect additional blood specimens at 1 and 2 hours after the glucose intake. Overnight/8h fasting mandatory.
