Overview

CD10 is a cell surface ectoenzyme widely expressed on different types of cells. Earlier, it was used only as a cell surface marker to identify and differentiate between hematological malignancies. Later, it was reported to be present in various malignancies, including those of non-hematological origin, suggesting a broader role in tumor biology.
