Overview

Chronic lymphoproliferative disorders are a heterogenous group of diseases with variable clinical course. B-cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) is the most common disorder characterized by elevated lymphocyte count. Patients may be aymptomatic or present with lymphadenopathy or splenomegaly. Complications include disease progression, infections, autoimmune complications & transformation to more aggressive clonally related lymphoma.
